Is there a live stream? Please be careful as there are many scammers on facebook trying to sell live streams to our events. If its not posted by our Wellington Speedway facebook page then it is not real. Our only live stream partner is "The Pits Media"
-
What is the weather like and will the meeting be cancelled? The Max Motors Wellington Family Speedway are very active on social media. All meeting information and updates will be publicised on our facebook page as soon as it comes to light. This means that if there is any kind of weather or postponements that is the place to check. If there hasnt been a post, there is no update. This is also a great place to keep up with weather updates on the day, live videos from the pits and results! The voulinteers appreciate you not messaging us asking if it is cancelled, this ties up the team with responding and means we get behind in our duties to get racing out.
-

I want to get in to racing but not sure how to start?Getting into racing will be one of the most exciting thing you can ever do. The first place to start is by choosing a class you would like to race in. We would recommend talking to some of the drivers in the pits once you have about the ins and outs (they would love to talk to you!) and then it comes to purchasing. If you arent confident in approaching a driver you are welcome to speak to the club on info@wellingtonspeedway.co.nz and we can help point you in the right direction.
