Seating Arrangements 
We're excited to welcome a capacity crowd to Wellington! Please note some changes to our usual seating:

• Concrete Terrace Seating: Please be aware that deckchairs will not be allowed along the concrete terraces on the start-finish straight.

• Reserved Seating: Enjoy our blue seating along the start-finish straight and in front of the grandstand exclusively for reserved ticket holders. Want to guarantee your seat? Click here to book yours now: https://wellingtonspeedway.flicket.co.nz/

• Blanket Seating: We encourage you to bring blankets for our grass embankments, ensuring everyone has the chance to enjoy the thrilling action. Please note - tarpaulins for reserving space won't be permitted.

• There will be a small 'Crew Only' section located in turn one which is for crew to be able to watch from as they run up from the pits. Saving spots or blankets is not allowed in this area.

Parking 
Parking for the event has a $5 charge. Our traffic management team will ensure an efficient exit from the venue, closing off the highway post-meeting to keep things moving smoothly.

Let's maximize space by parking close together! To ensure emergency access, please refrain from parking on the driveway as you come down to the venue. If cars do park along here, they will be towed.

We have both cash and Eftpos available for parking fees.

Ticket Information [Postponement updated:]
For on-the-night sales, two gates will be available at the main ticket box. If we hit capacity (or near it), pre-purchased ticket holders will receive priority entry. No need to print your ticket! Just scan from your smartphone for easy access.

All tickets will automatically transfer to the new days — no action is required from you.

To keep this simple:
Qualifying tickets (previously Friday tickets) remain qualifying tickets and are now valid for Saturday
Finals tickets (previously Saturday tickets) remain finals tickets and are now valid for Sunday

 

All reserved seating remains exactly the same:If you had reserved seats for Qualifying Night, those same seats are now allocated to Saturday’s meeting Finals reserved seating will apply to Sunday.

If you require your tickets from Sunday to be transferred to Saturday, please notify the team by emailing president@wellingtonspeedway.co.nz. Please note that reserved seating tickets will NOT be able to be swapped. 

Note: Rain-out passes from previous events CANNOT be used for this championship.

T-Shirt Collection
For those who have pre-purchased T-Shirts, collection for these will be under the veranda at the clubrooms. This is located in the pit area which can be found on the map below and will be available between 4:00pm - 4:30pm Saturday & 2:00pm - 2:30pm Sunday.
 

Programs 
Available for purchase for $10 at the gate and from our friendly volunteers or via our online ticketing platform as an 'Add On' when you buy your tickets, our full glossy printed programs are a great souvenir to commemorate the event.

Food & Drinks 
A fantastic range of food vendors will be available over the weekend. We will be posting a full vendor map before Friday so you can see our range of awesome food and drink options.

Please note that alcohol consumption and glass containers are not permitted at Wellington Speedway.
